I wasn't going to give recognition to the obvious stupidity we have here, but I feel that I need to comment in reply because now I'm pissed off.
The anonymous comment was you, and you left one on Jess's journal too. How hard was this to figure out? Not very.
As if the dash-space thing you like to do paired with the misuse of "your" wasn't enough to give away the fact that it was you, all I had to do was take a quick look at my entry's comment page. And when I get there, I see this:

why do you care- your graduated already, it doesn't even affect you

I don't know why everyone thinks I left that comment- personally I could care less what goes on

Hmmm, identical IP addresses. That's odd. Chris said it wasn't him. So I guess someone went on his computer, looked at his livejournal, and commented anonymously on some of his friends' journal entries. That seems logical.
And the fact that it was blatantly obvious from the beginning that you left the comments, and you still went to the trouble to lie about and deny it isn't even what pisses me off the most.
What pisses me off the most is that it does affect us. Why do I care? It affects us in more ways than one. First of all, since I'm going to be a music major in college, I'm going to come back and be an instructor for probably all four years. Yes, I can still do this at the "day camp," but the experience won't be the same and therefore I am affected by it. Secondly, the cruise next year is cancelled as well because of this decision, and I was planning on going. Now I have to miss out on that, too. Thirdly, almost all of my friends who have graduated, along with myself, have younger siblings who are coming in soon. My brother Eric will be a freshman in 2005, and it breaks my heart that he will have to miss out on all the fun that is band camp (which I've been telling him about since I was a freshman) because three or so asshole drummers decided to prank a freshman before his time.
Lastly and most importantly, I care because I have a heart. Any human being with any ounce of compassion for the feelings of others would care at least a little bit. I care because a lot of my closest friends are still in band at the high school, and they have to suffer the consequences of a few stupid people. It's just plain unfair. And what about the seniors next year? Their senior year is basically ruined. I can only imagine how I would feel if it was my senior year and that happened. Honestly, look at how upset we were that our senior lunch was taken away, and the lock-in, and the hayride. Now band camp altogether is gone. No one ever fathomed that one. There are so many people who have been looking forward to senior year band camp for so long, ever since they were freshman, because senior year is the best, everyone says. And now that's gone. And they can never get that back. Just think how you would feel.
Besides, if you say you "could care less," (by the way, the correct phrase is "couldn't care less") then why are you bothering to leave comments on our journals about it? If you don't care, and you don't think we should care either, then why waste your time?
I'm sick of this crap. You always try to start stuff with people. I understand if you're bored, but get over it and find something constructive to do instead of pissing people off just to piss them off. And then denying it on top of that. Come on. We're not in middle school anymore.
If there's one thing I want you to remember from this mess, it's this: Next time, Chris, just leave your name.
